Jonny's attitude is outstanding! He's so determined and dedicated, he heaps credit on his team, despite the fact that his bike is 5kmh down on topspeed on other machines and rides through the pain of injuries on countless ocassions. Brilliant to see him up to second after so many people wrote him off after the first two rounds. Keep it going Jonny! I've got so much respect for you.

Could someone explain why the hell Jonny always struggles on race one and then comes alive on race 2???

It's been the same story in every round this season. What the hell is going on in that team? Or ist it the inconsistency of the pirelli tires?

To be fair, getting that bike on the box in even one race is an achievement in itself, but Aragon next up.......they use the long straight for the wsb round so unless JR can pull something special out in the first half of the lap then the other bikes are going to tear the Honda a new a55hole in the 2nd part of the circuit..

HRC get behind this guy before someone else does..What a talented rider and the class of the field, like to see what he can do on a MotoGPbike!!!
He's riding the wheels of that CBR right now.

Jonathan has again proved to us all that it's only a matter of time before we see him on a Moto GP bike. Well done JR . Making his Ulster fans proud again ! Rossi and co watch this space !

So happy for jonathan!! he is the reason i watch WSBK! and 2nd in the championsihp is just incredible.
BUT Aragon has some long straights and that will murder the little CBR. Hope Honda and the Ten Kate team find something before they get there or the lad will find it very difficult to gain anything on his rivals

just a question to Irish racing fans: is it true that Jonathan rea has a bitter rivalry with Eugene Laverty? i keep hearing it from the Europsort commentator. Strange though, because i thought Rea gets along with Michael Laverty (bsb)

appreciate any answer. thanks

Remember how Suzuki refused to aid Leon when he was 2nd in the championship, i bet Honda will not make the same mistake. Honda arent a stupid company. Despite their Motogp campaign in slight dissaray with the tyre issue, when they see their rider is 2nd in the championship you can bet HRC will lend a proper hand to aid Jonny to a proper title run. Watch as the CBR gains its stride come the following races.
