with stupid @ss 4 bikes per manufacterer rule, it will be very hard to slot Rea into the Honda fold. Bradl is in a 2 year contract. Repsol are talking to Pedrosa and are about to have Marquez aswell (rumours of the Rookie rule being abolished). So that leaves San carlo, although Bautista is doing an ok job atm given he doesnt have top spec suspension.
Yamaha is a no go aswell with Bradley Smith in the fold in 2013, so where else can he go? Crt? LOL no. Ducati career killer,...hope not.

there there now:

I am confused as to how to you came to the conclusion that the rider who currently lies second in the world championship, on what is widely accepted to be a poor bike and as such is a handicap, to be a "loose cannon" and not "consistent" - by definition there has only been one rider who has been more consistent (Biaggi - on his mini Moto GP bike)

Im looking forward to your explanation..........

@Chiefly Wigwam:

Why... if it Ain't my dear impersonator/detractor where have you been, i have missed your undercover inner angst which seems prevalent in your ramblings, oh well, i will go for your, bait, as being only a bit part cartoon character you must yearn for your five minuets of fame...ready, here goes.

No one is denying Rea is not a great rider, he is, but he is prone to over ride the actually fairly good Honda, and makes a fair few errors and judgment calls ( loose cannon ), also Honda will want him in WSB as he is there only viable chance of a race win, as has been said a thousand times before Honda will want Marquez and moneybags Pedrosa, both fast and reliable barring injury that is, so no open arms welcome for Johnny ... times up.

Listen up, it's widely known that Rea wants to go to MOTO GP with Honda, and i merely stated the point that should he wish to go, there is no Honda vacancy for him, and added Drays point about other teams not being a viable route, as to whether he stays in WSB that's what Honda wants, s he has proved their only chance of being a race winner and want him to stay clear now.

now where's that hay.

re: "i bet Honda will not make the same mistake. Honda arent a stupid company. Despite their Motogp campaign in slight dissaray with the tyre issue, when they see their rider is 2nd in the championship you can bet HRC will lend a proper hand to aid Jonny to a proper title run. Watch as the CBR gains its stride come the following races."

don't hold your breath. honda hasn't given a rat's about WSBK going on a decade. heretofore, whatever gerrit and ronald achieved they did on their own accord. the astute amoung us will recall, tenkate and toseland ALREADY bagged a championship with the Blade in '07... and where was HMC/HRC before, during, and after this...? pfft, no where to be found.
