He's really talented young guy, I was impressed to see him battling with the two old foxes at race 1. His podium at Assen was a wet race, but today he proved himself in usual conditions.
In a few years' time he can be a top player together with Loris Baz.

I had the pleasure of spending some quality, off-track time with the young lad the past few days in Misano.
Along with the family that follows him around and keeps him very honest and humble, he's a really jolly good character when not in race mode, and the cameras can hardly convey that.
Thanking him after the race for the mad spectacle he put up during the two races was the most simple of affair, the lad winking, and then lowering his eyes in genuine humility.
May he stay this uncluttered and genuine for long years to come!

Seems like a nice fellow, definitely tries real hard, maybe too hard. Can't help but think his ambition outweighs his talent right now. He seems jerky and erratic on the bike, taking different unpredictable lines. I don't know, he comes off as dangerous too me. His style looks a lot like Fabrizio, who I also think is a bit on the wild side and dangerous.

Spectacular style and very exciting to watch - he is still young and has a bright future in WSBK.

However that haircut is terrible! The facial hair also looks a complete mess! Please Davide - get down to a decent barber shop pronto!
