He just seems so polished this year, he's won the races he should have, been consistent when he couldn't win and salvaged results from ordinary positions. Still 14 races to go though but if he keeps going like he has he'll be a worthy champion.

Max Biaggi has always been a favourite of mine regardless of some of his strange character flaws, although I met and chatted to Max years ago at the Donington Day Of Champs when he was riding Chesterfield Aprilia in 250 and he seemed a nice enough bloke to me.
What has always impressed me is Max's style. Smooth, precise, economical, and, especially when he's out on his own, very very fast.If he handles the rest of the season as he's started my money's going nowhere else!

What are the chances of Biaggi hanging up the leathers if he wins the championship this year? Since no one else seems to be able to ride it, you know Aprilia will offer a bundle.

happy bday max, no point in hanging the leathers up, just yet, still fast as ever. just a pity, aprilia not going into moto gp, they dont like close racing and fairing banging, wsb boys do it every wk.
