Ducati is playing mind games with WSBK management. There's no way in he11 that bike is that slow.
They are looking to get a weight break so they can piss all over the rest and win the championship with ease like they've always done.

It seems that 200 tires are doing the job for the bikes with in line 4 cylinder engines and especially V4 s. They had that dimension for PI, Monza and Misano and look at Biaggi and Aprilia in those races. For Ducatis it is the same because they can preserve 190 dimension as well.

The Ducati riders should be thankful that they're not at the bottom of the timing screens, thanks to their displacement of course. Aragon is one of the few places where the Ducati's clear chassis advantage isn't displayed.

First half of the Aragon circuit is good for Ducatis (very technical, slower corners) and the other half is good for the "screamers" (fast corners and very long straight). Its not the fastest circuit on the calendar.
Displacment is no real advantage of Ducatis, they are not most powerful bikes and certainly not the fastest. Theirs only real advantage is tire presevation and its huge, that gves them higher corner speed, higher speed exiting corners and more stable on exit, better acceleration... and Ducati has that throughout whole race distance.
