Ach stop whinging Carlos-sure dont ur tyres last twice as long....Do u want a bike thats faster in the corners AND faster on the straights??.....Swings and roundabouts man...

20kmph is a lot. And it'll be a large handicap in the race where every man and his dog will be able to pass him on the straights, instantly negating whatever progress he can make through corners. But its the Ducati that has weight penalties. Makes total sense.
