If Melandri is so dirty, why wasn't he block passing Max in Race 1? I think that Marco's real competitor in Race 2 was Max, and he only wanted to clear Laverty and Davies to get out of the quagmire, to separate himself from the mixup.

Was it aggressive? Probably. But these 2 weren't his real competitors and if you think you're faster than them, you just want them out of your way for a duel with what you think is your real threat.

Hopefully the powers of MOTOGP would of watched these races and understand that what people want to watch is riders overtaking each other, not the same riders at the front or winning races all the time,no huge gaps in the field and finally good entertainment for people watching at the circuit and on tv

Well and fine.

I just hope that when the day comes that when one of Melandri's insanely aggressive block passes takes down the following bike it tangles him too.

Because one thing is sure - If he continues like he is its only a matter of time before he does take someone down.

How Laverty missed him today I find hard to credit.
With Biaggi & Davis so close that could have easily led to something a lot worse than the Rea / Haslam incident that Melandri's arrogance generated a few weeks back.
Perhaps that was his plan?

rossi(or any other rider) never ever did this, ask any rider or retired rider, never did that.
