I just don't get the comments on here. When Haslam takes out a rider, which he's done many times, he's a hero, a racer, good on him for having a go but when anyone else does it they're idiots.

Excellent race and awesome victory #33/MM! I will admit, at the start of the season I was a LH supporter but MM has clearly demonstrated he is the better S1000RR rider. Can it be BMWs championship after 4 years of failures in SBK? As a S1000rr owner I can smile with equally with pride to those bikes who have had a successful 25 plus years of success that BMW is on the way. What a fantastic season & this season might very well be decided at the last race!

Should a rider who makes a mistake cut back on the racing line without looking? Should a rider dive into a gap? its bike racing.
As for Motogp being a borefest, its clear none of these riders have the speed or the control to be there, washed up riders beating the field every race doesn't look good. Clearly all BMW ever needed was a semi fast rider.

Rea and Sykes collided because the lines they were taking converged, but the problem is Rea was BEHIND and making the pass so should be able to see and predict what is about to happen and at some stage maybe even roll off the throttle before he hits the guy in front of him.. this is the fourth time Ive seen Rea pull exactly the same stunt, he did it to Haga at Nurburgring (costing Haga the title), Haslam at Donington, somebody at Imola nearly every time he rides there and now Sykes at Brno. Rea is a loose cannon but at least this time he took himself out.. might teach him to be more circumspect.

Checa is bringing a spoon to a sword fight out there. Its literally impossible for him to pass anybody on the straight.
