this type of ride shows how biaggi is such a great competitor,when his bike set up cant be sorted he can still get a reasonable points finish when a lot of his younger rivals would throw it down the road.

as i've said... max biaggi, consistently inconsistent. not saying he/aprilia didn't have a problem, but in the past 8-10 seasons you didn't hear a peep about "chatter"...? fast forward to 2012 and here it is all the rage.

@shamarone

what u are saying is max and team are lying about the chatter probs, give him some credit. he has ridden superbly on many occasions this year and pushed as much as possible today from his poor grid position, which he can be forgiven for a little as the times were very close in super pole. not sure whether this was his and/or teams fault, but he was clearly surprised not to make it through. anyway he obviously would have dropped back even with a better grid placing, because he was right up there gaining on the front guys early on with firm, but clean overtaking (unlike certain others *cough*) in race 2, but rather than continue to close in with his customary ease, he ended up dropping back to a lesser race pace... what more could he have done? eugene didn't have the pace today either and max finished comfortably ahead of him from three rows further back...

Max has to find something extra in him because Melandri is building up confidence recently and that tiny little italian is now coming like a frigging freight train.

Such a shame about this weekends races I didnt expect 2 wins becuase Marco is in top form just didnt expect to see Max off the podium. Lets hope things getting better for Silverstone I dont think he did brilliantly their last year so he really needs to be on top form.
