Used to be a time you could get 8inches of water on some sections at Silverstone.
It drains better now than it used to but it still don't drain well.

Well chuffed for Guintoli, swam like a trout .
Baz was bl00dy lucky mind. Seemed to be saying fule on the track.
Could be why Sykes was so wound up.

But Smrz? 3rd?

Oddest of all the commentary wasn't anything like as over-blown this race.
Still rate Burnicle & Hayden way higher.
But at least this time I wasn't clawing my headphones off.

Masterful and stunning race from the guy who effenbert called 'underperforming'
It was also worth saying that every Duke rider crashed out before the race was stopped (all were reinstated anyway) except Sylvain, just showing how good he is.

First time in YEARS I didn't go to this event.
Why? Because it ALWAYS rains this time of year at Silverstone and it is the most miserable place on the planet when it does.
Why don't they switch this event to either May or September when you are more likely to get better weather?

Loris Baz's race was once again stunning. The conditions obviously suited the Duke, which was far more superior than the Kawasaki or any other bike in these conditions, but Loris was able to go very quickly.
Look at the best laps of the riders:
Baz - 2:24.324
Giugilano - 2:24.384
Guintoli - 2:25.365
Checa - 2:25.545
Smrz - 2:25.634
Berger - 2:26.613
The next best was a 2:27.2 which shows how much quicker the Duke is. Loris's times were astonishining!!!
