Fair play to you Sykesy, you definitely deserve it! I'm not afraid to say that I thought Sykes couldn't cut it at World level, but I'm also not afraid to say how wrong I was! He has been the most improved rider by a mile this season. Kawasaki can see they have a great rider on their hands and don't want to let him go.

Aim very proud with Kawasaki=).. Tom is one excelent rider and Professional and aim also very happy with him!! Is trully remarcable rider that if he had the bike he whant he can battle with the best.. 4sure there is other riders that could have done the same or even better but i think this is the best way to build a confidente team.. Tom allready had is problems with old Kawasaki bikes, Kawasaki has been improving a lot and Tom breathes NINJA Now.. He know exacly how the bike feels... GO Ninja GO TOM.. You guys can bet that i will support every race the bads and the goods i have confidence on this TEAM

This was a no brainer, it's hardly surprising. Since Tom threw a leg over the Ninja he has scored their best results by far. And so far this season he has exceeded expectations (at least mine) judging from last year's results. His salary should've taken a significant hike too if it hasn't.

What's more interesting is, had he not been taken out from 3rd place and deprived of 16 points at Aragon (which was no fault of his own), he'd only be 35.5 points adrift of the lead. That said, with 8 full races remaining he still has a decent chance.

I disagree.

Biaggi being there would not benefit Sykes or the Team one bit. Biaggi would demand to be 'No1'. With Baz, I feel they have a nice equal share...

Now, Cal, that would've been SOMETHING!

Congrats Tom, can't wait to see what you can do in the future...
