Couldn't happen to a nicer guy. He has earnt this the hard way. Hope he gets on with Melandri because that would be a super bonus to get his setting input too.

Parkin Go blew that - they will struggle to find a guy as fast as Davies.
Melandri wont want or welcome him either - if the team is built around Melandri with Davies as No 2 there will be tension straightaway - ask Haslam.
Davies deserves this chance and best of luck to a genuine nice guy.

ParkinGO is private team so no surprise that he moves on. FWIW I reckon ParkinGO will stop their own team and sponsor Davies at BMW.

Very surprised Aprilia didn't sign Chaz. excellent rider, great media personality and on the rise - what is not to like? Quite a coup for BMW, he will do well. I always thought he was underrated.
