Why should he be surprises, he has won here last year?

Typical Ducati nonsense because they have a little extra weight (6kg) to counter their extra 200cc's.

It should be an extra 20% of weight...

but gains panigale's that start next year's race development without the burden of a weight penalty. i know i know, you're no troy corser, you want to be CHALLENGING for wins/titles, not spending the twilight of your career developing anything.

Wesley have you watched any races this year? Even tom sykes expressed his surprise at carlos being so high up the grid. But hey what do tom and carlos know compared to you?
