Biaggi is lucky Champion its my view but its ok he made what was needed.!! Anyway Aprilia was playing with Laverty if was needed points they would say him to give the place to Biaggi and thats sad because this is riders Champiom not manufacter Aprilia allready had the manufactor Champion him te bag.. ohh and Loris Baz was going well the pity was that Melandri highside right him front of him and Scare the french and he highside to once again Lucky Champion for Biaggi

Gutted, gutted, gutted is the word. Congrats to Sykes for fighting all the way though, what a valiant warrior he is. Think about it, 1 more point and Kawasaki would've won both Supersport AND Superbike !!

I think Sykes was the best rider this season. Before this season Kawasaki had neither title winning pace nor consistency. Sykes literally took them up a notch.

There were many factors outside Tom's control that prevented him from winning. The half point situation in Monza, and then Ayrton Badovini wiping him out at Aragon, and then the engine failure at Portimao, and finally, the rain today. If one of the four had not occured, Sykes would've won.

On the other hand, if you look at Biaggi and Melandri's woes, they were self inflicted most of the time, if not all the time. Congrats to Biaggi though, not many 41 y/o's can ride a bike like that. But for me, the best rider this year was Tom Sykes hands down...

What's up with this Laverty thing ? This is a team sport, remember ? I wanted Sykes to win so bad but you can't blame Laverty for helping his TEAM MATE. You can't call him names for it, that's just WRONG !! It's not as if he went ahead and wiped out one of Biaggi's rivals... Get a grip you lot.

Come on m8.. This was the Rider Champion not the Team.. Aprilia allready had the manufacter title on race 1!! Riders must fight not beeing protected by the number 2 rider.. They have to worck both for the Team yes but only when the Team needs points to win the manufacter Champion..!! If laverty give is place him Russia and if was needed on this race he waas prepare to.. was lucky Melandri crash Haslam made mistake, Baz was him front crash when melandri crash.. the Alteah riders where crussing even Guintoli show them how to fight with the Ducati that is good pn this track.. I waas expecting better show honestly.. Biaggi end up him 5 place and nobothy close they where all waiting for the finish

"RSV4 being a born race bike and so on" I think you'll find the Kwack is as well it looks almost identical to the pre Suter Kwack in GP.

pcxmac you are obsessed with advantage and tyres, the whole point of single tyre rule is nobody does.

While Marco did all he could for his own chances at least as runner up, I can't stop thinking that, in doing such, he also acted as an arbiter between Max and Tom. Even that was differently made in the two races (quite opposite in fact ) at least no one can accuse him of unpatriotic behaviour, intended or not.
Anyway all the best wishes from me for Max, Tom, Marco and their teams as well for the next season!
