@seeyadad

No word on whether ParkinGO will continue and if they do, BMW has been mentioned as Rovelli has close ties with Davies.

Also, if the last couple of seasons are to be believed, there will be just one extra Aprilia on the grid and that's gone the way of Red Devils/Fabrizio.

Then again, who knows?!

For what i understand Guintoli dont have sign nothingh.. Was only is word that he let to Denning that he would join the Team him 2013, my feel is that Guintoli was a bit lost because he didnt new if he would get one bike for 2013, then Denning talck with him and he try to get that bike to him only using is Words not signing one contract and this let the door open to other Teams to try to sign him, the Suzuki was just a matter of last chance..lol but he did well on the final Gp he bring the atencion that he need and have more options.. I dont blain Denning its one way of tell guintoli how upset he is because he allready had worck with Guintoli... basacly he feel that Guintoli only used him and then now that he dont need nothingh **** you m8 i didnt sign nothingh.lol Live is like this at the end of the day is worck and who pays more who is the best option its the rider that choose..

I agree fully with Sick's assessment of the situation as published.
However, the events are so out-of-character for all the players in this thriller that I think there is more to the story than has been made known to the media.
The sudden appearance of Sylain's replacement hints that the team have had rather more time than their public outburst would indicate.
Sure Denning is disappointed, but all credit to Sylain for announcing Aprilia's approach to him and making his dilemma known, rather than stringing the Fixi team along while keeping his Aprilia prospects secret.
Denning should be complementing Sylvain on his honesty, instead of condemning him.

i doubt very much Ginters would drop Crescent for ParkinGo...unless they were going to substantialy improve his wages.
He knows Cresecent well and they are UK based - so would need to be a good ride to get him to back out IMO.

Regardless who's at fault here and whether their dirty washing should have been aired in public, It's very disapointing news. I, as many i'm sure, was looking forward to this union again

It's quite simple why teams owners/managers don't persue rider contracts through the court. Contracts don't make a rider fast. Commitment does. So if Sylvan doesn't want to ride for Cresent, then going to court will only help Denning get rich (Assuming Sylvan has anything to compensate Denning for his so called loss). It won't give Cresent what it really needs, which is a winning rider.

regarding previous comment, Biaggi is never going to Ducati. he doesn't have good relationship with them, and he declared a couple of months ago that the only italian team he would ride again for is Aprilia.

regarding Denning, either it's a hand shake or a written contract, this complaining sounds silly.

anyway Guintoli doesn't seem fit to replace Biaggi if Max decides to retire, in 100% dry condition he's not championship material...
