'It was no secret that we were struggling a bit to match the performance in the early rounds of the other guys out there' - Leon Camier

Camier and Crescent were one of the success stories of the season. Given the Experience Crescent had with the Gixer in recent years it was no surprise that they came good when the engine upgrade came through, but Camier is also showing a new maturity that he was lacking before, even in his BSB championship winning year. The Aprilia never suited Leon but the Gixer obviously does, I just wish Suzuki would come back to WSB with a factory effort.

Dont talk utter ******** Sir Walter. Loads of riders are given good machinery but you still need confidence to make it work. Spies for example this year. Haslam for another example. Great bike, no confidence. Camier has got that back and will no doubt produce the results next season. Dont be so thick.

I guess you only have to look at where Hopper was - or wasn't - to see that Leon did a decent job.

Don't know what's going on (again) with Hopper, or what he'll be doing next year, his website doesn't seem to have been updated at all during the season.

Anyone any idea?

I reckon Hopper found a happy home in BSB, he should look there.

@tomcol - calling people names just encourages more of the childish bun fights we have too many of on Crash.net forums.
