It annoys me that these highly paid stars avoid paying tax. Suspended prison sentance? If i did this exact same thing i'd more than likely be in jail before my feet touched the ground. Paying a fine more than likely won't be as much as the tax they've avoided, and they probably still won't have to pay the tax back. Bitterly disappointed with marco. I find less and less to like about the guy these days

the only reason he got a suspended sentence is b/c it was his 1st offence, but more over he had to pay his back taxes, his atturny's fees, and the fine... plus all the bs that goes with it... crime dont pay, and and when you get caught, its gona cost ya...

I am sorry to disappoint you Lance but I have lived on Isle of Man for 40 years and I can assure you if you reside here you do pay tax and we have a very strict complience regime with regard to tax avoidance and tax information sharing with other world governments.It's easier to avoid tax in the UK than hear!!!or not in Malandri's case.

well he shouldnt have used ken dodd and lester piggott as tax advisers . he should have made a small donation to a political party and it would have all been OK
