I don't understand why Aprilia couldn't give them factory support. He was way more impressive then Fabrizio and that Red Devils bike is fast! I would have liked to seen him stay on a v4 but now I have to root against him!

@Lulz
And how many season in WSBK has Checa riden?
And I'll add that Chaz's bike was far from Biaggi's Spec RSV and not an easy bike to ride for a bigger rider like Davies.
At this point You would have to be an idiot to think Chaz Davies doesnt have more upside then Carlos Checa.
A well deserved 4th place in this poll.

For the life of me, I can't figure out what the big deal is about this guy. 1 win, 4 podiums and he's 4th in this poll???? People's love for this guy's ability to be a downright mid-pack runner is so sad it hurts. I guess some time cycling around the back of the main pack on the BMW will be what it takes to open some eyes.

come on, well deserved position. probably guintoli should have been 4th, but not a big deal. great season by davies.

for those mumbling about checa position..., the guy didn't have a subpar bike, he crashed like 12 times... otherwise he could have very well fought for the championship
