Thank you BEIN Sport for transmitting the races live online. Hoping they take over AMA SBK and add BSB too.

The aprilias were strong today. I really thought Melandri was gonna pass both on the last lap but the aprilias just opened up the gas and left him in the dust!

BEIN had awesome coverage here in HD on dish network. Speeds coverage was garbage compared to todays full coverage. Literally leaps and bounds better and was not cut short for a pre-pre race show for a Nascar race.

I have said this before, every competitor out there is a champion in his own right, given the right circumstances and equipment almost each has the chance to win championships. Well done Aprilia, I guess your order books will start filling up from Monday.

Good to have the bikes back but the actual races were a bit disappointing IMO.. Sykes and Camier really didn't do much and when Checa took himself and Melandri out the excitement went out of it a bit. Real shame for Checa after he qualified on pole, the Ducati looked strong.

re: "Oh, and BOOOO speedtv"

(ver. 1)

more like THANK YOU speedtv for decades of coverage. without you we wouldn't have had a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of. you've done a noble job advancing awareness of the sport and helping yanks move beyond being a country littered with 600lb harleys. sorry our devaluing "fan-sumer" ways let you down. we were so busy looking at the big picture (ie. flat screen), that we couldn't see... the "BIG PICTURE".

re: "Oh, and BOOOO speedtv"

more like BOOOO on dorna for creating an 11th hour stampede. UNSAT. even if infront somehow went mum, fox sports communicated well in advance what they were doing with their network. giant companies don't make decisions like this overnite. theres always a strategy of implementation. and it sure as hell doesn't start with, "oh by the way..."

I didn wach race2.. have to wach today but what the hell happen to Jonathan Rea..lol he was beat by Cluzel one roockie with one Suzuki at Philip Island, thats very impressive..!! The Aprilias are also impressive i was not expecting such a great performance like this, Aprilia will be him troubles to choose the number 1 rider because they are very fast both riders... Aim happy with Tom performance he is injury and did two good results let see if they improve when he recover to 100% fit... it loocks like Aprilia year but the battle had just started 4sure many thinghs can still happen

Johnny Rea was horrible in both races,I thought Haslem rode the tires of the bike in Race 1 and had pace to stay with the leaders until the electrical problems emerged again then he got tangled in the Race 2 crash.
Not sure what Reas problems were but thats not how you want to ride when the head of HRC is attending the race.

auld fella -
How do we find the reports of the WSS race??

Put your pointer over the WSBK tab. A banner with all the categories comes down.

It is to all the way to the bottom right.
