Kawasaki's dont like Hot,Guess they may as well cancel the racing program because its the first race of the season and its probley gonna get hotter.Sykes has alot of pressure on him this season and Kawi still havn't perfected their TC,Tom is very aggressive on the Throttle and is using up his tires to fast,Next race He should be in better shape,I think after his big off his confidence was very low at PI.

@ The Bad Guy

You may be right, but from what I remember last year, Tom was struggling more with the front tyres.

I also think he's had a lot of pressure on him for the last 3years. Not easy having the start he did, then having to basically lead the Kawasaki attack in 2010 (after CV's accident), then being effectively dropped by Kawasaki only for PB to extend a lifeline, then almost dropped again, all while getting good results. I think he's relatively relaxed this year in comparison. Aragon is where they have done most of their testing and where Tom is almost always on the pace. Coupled with some time to recover, we should get a good show.

For what it's worth, Tom's best time in race 2 was set on the last lap of the race, and it was his only lap under 1:32s. He was just riding conservatively because of his wrist and scored two solid finishes.

If you look at Baz's times in race 1 they dropped off a cliff with 6 laps to go.
