quite honestly this is both the wrong circuit and the beemer's the wrong bike to be comparing yourself to. that straight is a monster and that engine is a monster when it's legs are extended. you're talking worst case scenario so sure, it's gonna look bad.

If Ducati is going to win the championship and keep up its glorious tradition, they are going to have to make the bike competitive almost everywhere, not just on the circuits that suit its characteristics. Is the Panigale going to be the first Ducati superbike not to win a championship? Too early to tell . . .

Cant imagine the aprilia or kawasaki ever being that slow to be two seconds of the pace. After monza the championship is over for carlos. No doubt he will push too hard in the corners and crash a lot in a desperate attempt to race near the front. Whether you like carlos or not or ducati or not this just means one less battling up front for our enjoyment.
