Dear Leon
No need for you to try to be a hero, all you need to know is that we respect you and that you will be sorely missed at assen, all I know is that you and Clusel will bring Suzuki back into contention.

I thought his injury where much worse than they seem to be. Dislocation of his knee, resolving in a torn or heavily stretched ligaments, would normally take months to recover. I was even starting to think about who would replace him.
Was picturing Tommy Hill possible on the bike, I think he is to good of a superbike rider to not be racing.

I just donĀ“t remember hearing about dislocated knee, without ligament damage and that usually is a lengthy recovery.

Sofuoglu dislocated his knee last year, still managed to pick up the championship. Just hope he doesn't pick up where Hopkins luck left off. Just need to get back as soon as he can and build up in best a manner as he can. Maybe Hopkins can get a wild card?

i also remember considerable knee damage by Vermeulen, what about a wildcar with him too? if finally he should recovery well, while find some other good rider, Hopkins or Vermeulen could be good to make test in race, no press, no much risk to fall...

I agree

Hopkins, Vermeulen, Hill. Are all to good of riders to not be racing.
what is the status of Hopkins and Vermeulen? are they 100% fit and willing to ride or have they retired?

Have always been a big Hooper fan, just thought that I had seen the last of him in top level racing, after all that he has gone through and last year troubles.
