Bloody hell!

I certainly wouldn't even contemplate riding a bike with that kind of injury. I admire his determination but this decision, I think, should be taken out of his hands. If he goes down the road again and does any more damage it might affect more than just his riding career.

Denning shouldn't let the guy get on the bike, IMO.

@m78 what the hell are you talking about?

spies had his shoulder joint rebuilt has had donor tendons put in and pushed himself to race before he's recovered hence it's caught up with him and he's out again.

"Least he isn't like spies and makes the effort, rather than lay around thing about the pay check"

Too many riders are doing what Leon is doing and they're riding full blast to ending their careers before it's time. You know damn well that this is a combination of Denning gently pushing Leon with Leon more than willing and wanting to ride. No rider wants to see "his" bike being ridden by a substitute...they all know the Haydon / Lavilla story...so they all push beyond what is healthy and smart. A bad fall for Leon could mean an amputation.
There's a fine line between bravery and stupidity...I hope Leon knows, for his sake, which one this is.
