you are right, Spies had delamination last year. But engineering a tire to a performance specification and a tire going bad are two completely different things...

mmmn, not quite sure that was a quality issue...? tire went south MUCH too fast. bad suspension settings or other chassis issues will also fail a perfectly good tire. i may call 'em "cannonballs", but i'm just being cheeky. they have limits.

Congrats to Eugene, Sylvan and the Aprilia team.

Well done Jonny Rea, hang in there Jonathan the new bike is not too far away now.

A beginners mistake from Tom. I hope it is enough to keep Tom switched on for the rest of the season & we don't see any more silly crashes.

Yes ar86 maybe Sylvain will be world champion this year and S.G. has only won a single race this year.

I am so happy I was at Phillip Island earlier this year to see the win & witness how well Sylvan was riding & how good the Aprilias where going.

Guintoli should achieve more good results, I reckon he will win again before years end.

Go 86

All Eugene needs to win this year is a bike that wont blow, Sylvain is not as good as Marco or Sykes, Eugene just needs to keep his head down and let Sylvain fall back, and blow his doors off he decides to take a swing.

Guinters is quick becoming the new pirate and slowly walking away with the loot quietly.

Dont think it was a dodgy tyre for Marco seemed to be ralated more to the drive train on his bike. Failed bushing worn sprockets, stretched chain, missing spacer any number of things... its not like his tyre was completely delaminated al la last years Bridgestones at Assen.

Bad luck for Johnny, Sykes Marco, and Norge kinda left the one a little wanting on the racing side of things since theirs not a 30plus bike grid anymore and the one bike rule seems a bit dumb since the teams physically have two bikes in their garage and just one of them isnt a complete bike. Love to know what comes with Aprilias $400, 000€ lease.
