OMG ! Yesterday when I said that Tom could benefit of the Aprilia's rivalry, I've couldn't imagine such a drama. As Crash- minutes before- predicted: it could end up in tears. And it did !

When Biaggi said last year "Tom's gonna win it next year", I thought the moody bast ard was being magnanimous for once.

But alas no, the wily old fox wasn't being magnanimous at all, he just knew what he was talking about !

No better praise for Sykes than that !

Ooh, that was close! If the two aprilias hadnt scored there, it'd be Tom's already. I hope he doesn't think like that and gets it at Jerez.
Tom's attitude following last year's close finish alone deserves the championship this time around. It's still an exciting finale at Jerez. And fair dos to the aprilia riders, knocking seven-shades out of one another.

Big fan of quite a few of the wsbk guys but Tom thoroughly deserves it. Doesnt even have the bike superiority that the Ducati riders had in the past (Bayliss Fogarty Checa etc) - Pure skill, determination and hard work is the reason.

About red flags : while the first appeared to set Tom free, the second one just made somehow justice.
About the WSS one: we know that Lowes wanted so much to win the title on a high and, after he showed the front wheel several times and even passed Sofu, he waited to launch the attack in the final laps. Yet, sometimes this tactics pays off and some other times doesn't !Sam took somehow his revenge against that red flag, when he covered himself with another one.
