Still under-rated by so many. Cluzel is no mug, like Chas Davies he adapts well to every bike, but he couldn't get near a Camier coming back from injury.

He was getting a 2nd string bike and support at Aprilia (Biaggi saw to that and protected his No1 status fiercely in an Italian team, and no doubt Melandri will try to get an edge too over Guintoli). He's ridden that privateer Suzuki very, very well indeed.

Dorna's meddling means its lottery next year now, but camier deserves a competitive ride on the world stage. If things were fair and sporting he'd surprise the hell out of people I reckon.
