Chaz hasn't really performed, don't get me wrong I like him as as super friendly rider to the fans. But I think he's running out space and time as he's not really been a top contender and it's getting harder for him to keep his sponsors . Rumor has it he's loosing a couple of his personal deals too. I guess it goes with the times.

Not sure about that @Monstermash. Sure he hasnt won all that many races but give the guy a chance. Look at Sykes he was no where until the last 2 years and came from riding BSB for a few years like a lot of the other Brits. Chaz has been a lot more impressive than sykes when he started in wsb and chaz has been only two years in SBK and on a factory bike for 1 year and as he points out equalled Marco which ain't shabby. I personally dont think hes has the right opportunity yet even though it seems he's been around for ages. Hopefully Ducati can sort themselves out and give him a bike capable of doing the job.

@ Monstermash

Chaz has not performed?? Are you watching the same series or are you thinking about a different Chaz...mybe Chaz Bono?

2011 World SSP Champ, Rookie of the year 2012 WSBK, Top 5 with multiple victories in 2013 matching his Teammate victory Tally!!

Its apparent that Ducati thinks you do not know what you are talking about. I believe Ducati knows a thing or 2 more than you do about racing!!

Not trying to be rude but you must have on some blinders or something!!

At any rate how do you think he ended up on a factory Ducati?? I really want to hear your version???... Here I was thinking this was not a comedy site...

in fact...what Chaz has done to upturn his career is even more impressive to me because I watched him in the AMA and he shone for a little but seemed to be on a downward spiral there after Daytona 200 win. When he moved to Triumph in I thought for sure he has his final lifeline that will not amount to much, not because of talent but because I did not believe the Triumph would be competitive setting him further back.

To see him win the title in WSS and the rookie of the year in 2012, I thought "I am glad this dude proved me wrong!" because I love an underdog story. However I always knew that he was never given all he needed to succeed but this is the story for many racers so for my mind... back in 2008, I thought he was done and I would just hear about him here and there!! To see him now....I am truly happy for him and hope he gets some stability because he is yet to remain on the same bike for more than a year. In contrast Tom Sykes has been on the KAWA for 4
