He's unbelievably good on this circuit, I hardly understand how can a track suit a rider that much. But I'm afraid his speed will not remain the same during the season, and this won't be Honda's big year - again.

To race in the wet shows just how good a rider actually is! Keeping control of the bike in such atrocious conditions is not easy as a lot of them show. Look at how many riders fall back and just can't cope! Jonathan Rea is one of the best riders there, on a crap bike that's 8 years old with nothing like as much software the rest have, so to do this shows just how good he is! Well done, a much deserved win .

"Haslam was on the same bikes so why did he not win if it is down to TenKate being Dutch. The difference was the rider-Johnny Rea"

Rea has proved he is leaps and bounds better than riders like Aoyama he just jeeds a year on a gp bike to answer the question of whether or not he can do it.

And there is the folly of ifs and buts... We need to see Rea on different machinery period but what will happen to Tan Kate in the meantime unless someone like Van Der Mark can make that bike look as good as Rea does that team wont fair well at all without someone like Rea.

Rea and Laverty to Suzuki some Irish charms and smooth talking wouldn't be the only thing necessary but they need better as they have the talent and potential but time wont always be on their side.

Hey guys its early in the season.
But i do agree that he can do really great things on other equipment. And he would be a great asset in the GP paddock.

I think the cbr is good, i think if the motherland was more involved they would be at the front more often. But hey, its a long season and if rea stays healthy good results will come. He is young and i have faith he will get a GP seat in time.
