Killed someone? Ok, he didn't, but it was only sheer luck that Sykes and Lowes were not seriously injured or worse.

I'll bet you get upset when someone does something dangerous and stupid and gets in your way and delays you- even if you are only riding to work or to the shops.

We all do.

I feel for Sykes, and somewhat for DG, but I don't think Baz deserves the flak he's getting. It was a racing incident, he lost the front and unfortunately he was on the inside and others were on the outside.

It was hardly the kamikaze moves seen from Melandri in the past, and he's an aggressive but fairly clean racer for the most part.

DG lost some time in the incident, but he was hardly going to win today anyway.

The first lap of any race is about getting sorted, getting heat into the tires, and working together to get into the actual racing that takes place from that point on... Baz is currently falling into the "your ambition outweighs your talent" category. He should have a quick talk with Bautista, take a few pointers on how to rectify his situation. Pretty sure the $h!t would have really hit the fan if he had caused Sykes serious injury. The guy is good but he needs to get it figured out quickly.

Baz is young fast and in a hurry- trying to win the race in the first corner shows that.
Complaining about him is daft-Sykes is probably most peeved to have a team mate who can go so quick on a bike Sykes may feel is only quick cos he(Sykes) developed it.
Racers who dont crash dont win anything.
Guigliano, Melandri and Stoner(remember him?) are 3 great examples of chaps who spent a good deal of time inspecting the tarmac on their way up the ladder.

Pot please introduce yourself to kettle.

Baz can ride clean his size prevents him from doing any Aprilia style draft overtakes so he does have to compensate with harder and later braking.

Baz will learn I think he's smart enough to get the message. I just hope he doesn't trade speed for safety though.
