Yamaha 'stole' their sponsor? I don't think so, Sparky. Correct me if I'm wrong but the Ducati Byrne rode last year had 'Sterilgarda' on the side of it right to the last race did it not? If that's the case, they still had to have had sponsorship or the logo would have been removed. None of us has the inside information to know whether that sponsorship was in a diminished form due to the defection to Yamaha's Italian based team. BTW, Sterilgarda is an Italian milk company so they simply sponsored another Italian team. Still, the fact remains that Sterilgarda logos remained on Byrne's bike right to the end of the season last year.
