I think you are as far off beam as you can get with regards to JT's preference of torque curve.He started his intl career on high revving 4s,then went back to Bsb on a SP1 and done nothing on it (b4 breaking his leg),then to WSB on a v-twin where he never looked totally comfortable+just about won the c'ship against the other works duke,then jumped back on to a hi revving 4 and flourished-taking the fight to Bayliss,then moved to GP(hi revving 4) and went like stink until the tyre change+2 big offs...
