The bike is a healthy 25 bhp down on the fours so why the whinging from the 1000 cc only mob?
So you can brake later and it turns better does it?
Best your four cylinder mates do a bit more chassis development then!
At a circuit like Monza even a rider of Carlos stature cannot stay even in the slipstream of Biaggi!
Great riders, fastidious preparation and circuit knowledge all of which are Ducati strengths help too.
You can buy a factory bike for 150,000 euros if you are up to it, unlike most other competitors.
Look out for Sylvan on the Effenbert bike in 2012, he rode very well in the second half of 2011 and now knows the team , the bike, and the circuit set up very well.
Where will most of the opposition come from in 2012?
BMW I think will finally find their 228 bhp way and figure highly.
A very exciting race series, I cannot wait!
