I know a lot of riders seem to like Jerez, but it's a dull circuit from the point of view of watching the race. There are only a couple of bits that are really interesting to watch. Yet another over designed circuit that consists mostly of straights and constant radius turns. This sort of thing is designed for cars not bikes.
