SP3 and Osborn while on face value the additional restrictions may seem to punish the well funded or factory teams but it doesn't. The reason it doesn't is that even with restrictions they'll have the resources to make the most out of any rules hence they still have advantage over less funded or lesser abled bikes. The additional rules/restictions will only help level the field just a little. You'll still see factory teams and riders leading the championship.
