Too many riders are doing what Leon is doing and they're riding full blast to ending their careers before it's time. You know damn well that this is a combination of Denning gently pushing Leon with Leon more than willing and wanting to ride. No rider wants to see "his" bike being ridden by a substitute...they all know the Haydon / Lavilla they all push beyond what is healthy and smart. A bad fall for Leon could mean an amputation.
There's a fine line between bravery and stupidity...I hope Leon knows, for his sake, which one this is.
