Morais stays with Echo for Valencia

Despite a difficult debut with the team in Portugal, Sheridan Morais will ride the Echo CRS Honda in Spain too
Echo CRS Honda has confirmed Sheridan Morais will get a second turn on its bike for the latest round of the World Superbike Championship at Valencia as Broc Parkes continues to be ruled out through injury.

The South African raced for the team during the second round in Portugal, although the former Kawasaki man just missed out on Superpole and was unable to get on the scoresheet.

Nonetheless, Morais will get another chance to remedy that in Spain when he once again takes over from Parkes, the Australian still recovering from having broken his tibia during a pre-season training accident.

Parkes, who is yet to race the privateer Honda, is expected to take up his place in the team during the next round at Assen.

Done nothing?????? you guys know f.....all! Put the kawa on the front row at a BSB round - and the BSB series is not exactly slow - was as quick on that dog of a kawa as anybody was and gave a WSS team their best ever grid and finish (6th) with a one off ride!!! How many WSB & WSS rides has he ever had?? Only a few and on **** bikes this one included. A real pity he does not have something more competitive to have a crack with.
