Corser out of Brno event

The Misano pole sitter decides against competing this weekend following his hospital visit.
Troy Corser will not compete for the remainder of the World Superbike weekend in Brno following his accident during Q1.

Corser was taken to hospital after crashing during the qualifying session, the Australian complaining of breathing difficulties after being struck in the chest by his BMW.

Although he has suffered no serious injuries, the decision has been taken for Corser to sit out the event in an effort to get back to action again at Silverstone in three weeks time.

Corser's withdrawal brings his perfect scoring record so far this season to an end, while it also hampers his hopes of challenging for third position in the overall standings.

@ andrew Where on earth did you manufacture that piece of rubbish 'information' from? Nobody in MotoGP would ever guarantee a rider a place in their team for coming 5th in ANY championship, certainly not Yamaha! Heck, Dovi will probably finish 5th in MotoGP itself, & he might be looking for a ride. Please dont post some cr@p you wish was true ... BTW, any chance you play piano, coz I cant see any other reason people would 'support' JT?
