WSS: Aitchison back with Kuja Racing

Mark Aitchison joins up with Kuja Honda for his World Supersport comeback event.
Mark Aitchison will make a welcome return to the World Supersport Championship at Silverstone after joining the Kuja Honda team.

The Australian has previously raced in the series for two seasons, finishing 14th aboard a Triumph in his debut year in 2008 before improving to ninth with Althea Honda in 2009.

Having been unable to source another ride in 2010 when Althea withdrew, Aitchison will now rejoin the ranks with the Italian-based Kuja Honda team to compete alongside regular rider Danilo Dell'Omo. While the deal is currently just for this event, the team hopes it can retain Aitchison for the remainder of the year.

With this appearance, Aitchison will become the first Australian to race in World Supersports this year.
