Liberty Racing gets Ducati boost

Liberty Racing will receive backing from key Ducati members ahead of its first World Superbike campaign in 2011.
Liberty Racing will enter the World Superbike Championship for the first time in 2011 with the use of the bikes prepared by the official Xerox Ducati team in 2010.

Having already confirmed its riders with the signing of Jakub Smrz and Sylvain Guintoli, the Czech-based outfit has now revealed it will take delivery of the bikes that Noriyuki Haga and Michel Fabrizio rode over the season.

Liberty Racing will be run under the guidance of Ernesto Marinelli, who will ensure the bikes receive development throughout the season in the absence of Ducati's full-scale involvement.

Having missed the recent tests at Magny-Cours and Motorland Aragon, Smrz and Guintoli will get their first chance to sample the 1198 at a private session at Guadix early next year before joining the rest of the field at Portimao later in January.

@haw haw the idiots - you don't seem to be able to get any reaction from your provokative posts nowadays. You ought to try the celebrity forums, I hear they're really tetchy there and you can have a good time insulting each other to you heart's content.
