So we've revealed to you our top ten stars of the 2010 World Superbike Championship season – but do you agree with our appraisal? Here's your chance to have your say...
'The Emperor' himself, Max Biaggi, topped our rankings after comfortably overhauling closest rival Leon Haslam to lift the laurels for the first time in WSBK this year at the fourth time of asking – but do you believe his Alstare Suzuki rival deserved it more for his gritty never-say-die determination in the face of a complete lack of development that dropped his bike from the early-season pace-setter to little more than an also-ran midway through the campaign, yet a machine from which its rider still somehow managed to extract excellent results..?
How about ever-dependable ex-MotoGP ace Carlos Checa, who proved that there is plenty of life left in the old dog yet even at the comparatively grand old age of 38? Or does Jonathan Rea get your vote for putting his belligerent and frustratingly unpredictable Ten Kate Honda in places that it had no real right to be?
Perhaps, though, you were more impressed by World Superbike rookie Cal Crutchlow, who evinced blistering raw speed with his outstanding qualifying record, and come season's end had begun to discover the kind of racecraft to match?
