Who impressed you most at Donington Park WSBK?
The fifth round of the 2012 World Superbike Championship at Donington Park proved an action-packed and dramatic affair.

A stunning day of racing began with Marco Melandri handing BMW their first ever WSBK win, in a race also led for large parts by his team-mate Leon Haslam (second) and Kawasaki's pole sitter Tom Sykes (third).

Race two raised the standard to new heights as Haslam, Melandri, Sykes, Honda's Jonathan Rea and Aprilia's Max Biaggi slogged it out at the front - victory going to Rea after contact at the final turn resulted in both BMWs hitting the deck.

But who was your star of the day?

All things considered, we want to know who impressed you most in the WSBK races. A shortlist of eight riders can be found by clicking below. After voting you will see the current results.

TOO MANY TO MENTION!!! 2 unbelievable races. PLENTY overtaking, one unfortunate incident... Sykes for closing the gap to Max again and his two podiums (Even if the one was lucky) and his Quali record. Melandri for BMW's first win. Haslam for the 1-2, and ALMOST getting the second win. Rea for taking a gap ANY RACER would've gone for. WE, THE FANS, WERE THE REAL WINNERS THIS WEEKEND!!! OH, and Sam Lowes for FINALLY getting that win!
