Effenbert Liberty listed for Nurburgring return

Effenbert Liberty Ducati is listed to compete at the Nurburgring this weekend following their Moscow Raceway absence.
Having decided to skip the series' maiden foray to Russia, Effenbert Liberty Ducati is tipped to return to World Superbike Championship grid at the Nurburgring this weekend.

Despite enjoying one of its strongest weekends of the season at Silverstone, even in the absence of departed lead rider Sylvain Guintoli, the Czech team opted against competing in the next round at Moscow, citing necessary organisational changes.

Nonetheless, as promised, Effenbert Liberty Ducati are present on the entry list for the German event with riders Jakub Smrz, Maxime Berger and Brett McCormick, the latter set to make his full-time return to competition after aborting his first comeback attempt at Silverstone.

Also returning to action, according to the entry list, is Grillini Progea BMW and its rider Norino Brignola, while – as expected – Alexander Lundh will ride again for Pedercini Kawasaki following his point-scoring debut in Russia.
