Fixi Crescent Suzuki riders Leon Camier and Jules Cluzel took the positives from a damp opening day of the World Superbike test at Jerez in Spain.
Rain continues to affect teams testing at the Spanish venue and although far from ideal, British ace Camier made the most of the situation to experiment with wet weather settings on his Yoshimura-powered GSX-R1000.
Camier clocked the fourth fastest lap of the day, 2.7s behind Davide Giugliano on the Althea Aprilia RSV4.
Frenchman Cluzel continues to adapt to the Suzuki superbike following his switch to the class after an impressive season in the World Supersport Championship.
His fastest lap of 1m 54.168s left him seventh fastest overall, 3.6s down on Giugliano.
Both riders are hoping for dry conditions today as they aim to build on the data they gained at Almeria last week.
The opening round of the World Superbike Championship takes place at Phillip Island on February 24, with an official test taking place a week beforehand at the picturesque circuit.
