Eugene Laverty has set his sights on hauling himself back into the World Superbike title fight at the Moscow Raceway after a disappointing Imola event saw him fall away.

A four-time race winner in 2013 aboard the Aprilia, Laverty is nonetheless 46 points shy of Tom Sykes in the overall standings having also suffered four costly retirements, including a crash last time out in Italy.

Nonetheless, the Irishman has high hopes for the upcoming three events at Moscow, Silverstone and the Nurburgring, even if he is eager to temper his speed with consistency now.
