Loris Baz will head into Superpole at the Nurburgring seeking a shot at a maiden World Superbike pole position after setting the pace in FP2.

The Frenchman, a winner last time out at Silverstone, has been a consistent front runner this weekend and having set the third fastest time in Q2 earlier in the day, went even better in FP2 to set the pace with a lap of 1min 54.341secs.
