Michel Fabrizio, the most experienced rider on the WSBK grid, will add to his 211 race starts after signing to ride in the new EVO class next season.

The 29-year-old Italian - who began 2013 with Red Devils Roma Aprilia and finished it as a stand-in for the injured Jonathan Rea at Pata Honda - will ride a Kawasaki ZX-10R for Team Grillini.

"With the introduction of the EVO class, a new era begins for WSBK and the upcoming season will be a learning curve for 2015, when all bikes on the grid will be EVO-spec," said Fabrizio.
