Loris Baz is looking forward to getting back to World Superbike Championship action at Jerez as he looks to turn his front-running form into a first win of 2014.

A two-time race winner in WSBK, though Baz is enjoying a strong season on the factory Kawasaki ZX-10R, he is yet to turn any of his eight podiums into a victory.

Currently fourth in the overall WSBK standings, Baz is looking to end that streak, as well as help Kawasaki consolidate its increasingly strong position in the manufacturers' standings.

"In the recent Portimao test, after Laguna Seca, I regained a good feeling with the bike and we tried a few more parts that improved our race settings. I am sure we will feel these when we get to Jerez in a few days."
