Tom Sykes says he cannot wait to turn his attentions to the 2015 World Superbike Championship season as he looks to get over the disappointment of not defending his title.

The Kawasaki Racing rider was overhauled for the championship win by Sylvain Guintoli during a tense and controversial final round showdown in Qatar, Sykes proceeding to get embroiled in a war of words with team-mate Loris Baz after he refused to adhere to team orders.

Nonetheless, Sykes insists he is already making preparations for 2015, beginning with a two-day test at Motorland Aragon alongside new team-mate Jonathan Rea.
