Santiago Barragan has been confirmed alongside Christophe Ponsson to complete Grillini Racing's rider line-up for the 2015 World Superbike Championship.

The Italian team had originally signed Ponsson and Sheridan Morais for the 2015 season, but contractual disputes would see the latter South African part ways in favour of a return to the World Supersport Championship.

As such, Grillini has acquired the services of Barragan, who steps up to the international stage after finishing fifth in the Spanish-based CEV Superbike series.
