PATA Honda has become the first team to officially begin its preparations for the 2015 World Superbike Championship as it kicks off a three-day test in Portugal.

With the testing ban over and the opening round in Australia now just over a month away, several teams will head on track over the coming days and weeks as they look to get an edge on the competition before the Phillip Island event.

Leading the way is PATA Honda, who have travelled to Portimao for three days with its new WSBK line-up of defending champion Sylvain Guintoli and Michael van der Mark.
